With endless sunny days, crisp blue skies and stunning mountain vistas, Buena Vista has a lot to offer anyone looking to deliberately choose a meaningful way of life. In town living here is especially charming. There is nothing quite like sitting on your front porch and having a friend stop by to visit, working in your garden, or meandering down to the corner Roastery or one of your favorite Main Street restaurants or retail stores. Our children ride their bikes to school and grow up with others helping to watch over them. They smile and greet neighbors and community members who genuinely know them and help them grow and be successful in today’s competitive world. In-town vacant lots, walking distance to downtown, are priced around $100,000 in comparison to 2+ acres outside of town starting in the low $50,000 and ranging up to nearly $100,000 for a treed lot with spectacular mountain views.
